Doctor/Provider Bios

In 2022, Dr. Weaver expanded his mission of helping others by founding Smile Makers International, LLC. This initiative was created to provide dental care to individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford it, helping make quality dental services more accessible to underserved communities.

Outside of the office, Dr. Weaver enjoys spending time with his six children and loved ones. He also stays active and enjoys playing soccer.



For Dr. Weaver, dentistry is about more than improving smiles—it’s about making a meaningful difference in the lives of his patients and community.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ogilvie enjoys woodworking, running, and—most of all—spending quality time with his family. He looks forward to getting to know his patients and providing them with exceptional dental care!

Outside the office, Dr. Maddox enjoys spending time with her wife, daughter, and their two dogs. Between family adventures and two very energetic pups, life is always full of fun and a little chaos—and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She believes that family, laughter, and a healthy dose of adventure are the perfect balance to a fulfilling life.

Dr. Buono owned and operated a private dental practice in East Setauket, New York, where she cared for patients for more than 25 years. Throughout her career, she has had a strong commitment to serving diverse patient populations. She taught geriatric dentistry at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, provided dental care to veterans at the Long Island State Veterans Home, and treated special-needs patients in the operating room at Stony Brook University Hospital. She continued these roles until 2022.

Dr. Buono raised her four children in Mount Sinai, New York. In 2022, she and her family moved to Indiana, where she continues to practice dentistry part-time at our office.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Buono enjoys exercising, caring for her horse and dogs, and spending time with her family. She especially enjoys babysitting her new grandson.

HYGIENISTS

Outside of work, Bre is busy raising her three boys, who keep her on her toes and pretty well practiced at managing chaos, which definitely comes in handy at work too!

Julie is passionate about educating her patients and showing them how simple daily habits can help prevent major dental issues down the road. She strives to make every cleaning comfortable, educational, and stress-free, especially for patients who may feel nervous or anxious about dental visits.

Outside of the office, Julie enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud mom of five and grandmother of two, and she shares her home with two cats. When she's not caring for patients, you can find Julie gardening, enjoying concerts, or relaxing by the pool with family and friends.

Julie looks forward to helping every patient feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to take great care of their smile!

Monica is passionate about creating a warm, safe, and comfortable environment for every patient. No matter where you are on your oral health journey, she strives to make every visit a positive and welcoming experience.

Outside the clinic, Monica is married to her husband, Joe. Together, they are the proud parents of five children: Karson, Emilyne, Jolee, Colin, and Anne. 

Outside of work, Ryleigh enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, and their two miniature dachshunds, Stretch and Link. In her free time, she loves shopping, baking, and trying new restaurants.

Natalie has been working in the dental field since 2022, beginning her career as a pediatric dental assistant before becoming a dental hygienist. She loves helping patients feel comfortable during their cleanings while educating and encouraging them to achieve their best oral health.



Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, Spencer. Together, they are preparing to welcome their first baby in October 2026! In her free time, she loves baking, reading, and spending time outdoors or at the lake.

Sandy is proud to serve her patients and enjoys helping them achieve and maintain healthy smiles. Her passion for dental hygiene and commitment to patient care have made her profession especially rewarding.



A lifelong resident of the Starke County community, Sandy treasures her family and time spent with loved ones. She has a son and two grandchildren who bring her great joy. She also loves cooking for family during holiday gatherings and special events, spending time with friends, and traveling.

One of Sandy’s bucket-list goals is to see something in every state. She and her best friend are having fun checking states off the list and making memories along the way!
